Terms and Conditions
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Cloth Changer: Bikini Suit for the Android app and this website.
By confirming that you are 18 or older, or by using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Questions can go to aliidev92@gmail.com.
The service
Cloth Changer is a fashion studio. You can place a garment from a photo onto a photo of a person, and you can describe a change to a photo. Results are produced by third-party image models. They are simulations. They are not a promise of how clothing will look, fit, or photograph, and they may change faces, bodies, colors, and garments.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm that when you enter. If you are under 18, do not use the app. We may refuse or end a session that appears to be used by a minor or in violation of these terms.
Photos and descriptions
You are responsible for every photo you upload and every description you write. You agree that:
- You have the rights needed to upload each photo, including permission from anyone who appears in it.
- You will not upload a photo of anyone under 18, or any image that sexualizes a minor.
- You will not upload illegal content, including a non-consensual intimate image, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
- An edit description will not request anything involving a minor. The app rejects some of those descriptions. A description that gets past a filter is still not allowed.
You give us a limited permission to host, copy, and send your photos and descriptions to the processors named in the Privacy Policy, only as needed to run the studio, store the result, and show it to your session. You keep your rights in the photos you upload.
Results
A generated image can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for how you save, share, or publish it. Do not present a result as an unedited photograph of a real person where that would mislead someone. Do not use a result to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm anyone.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to bypass rate limits, access another session, interfere with the service, or use the app to create or spread illegal content. A session may run one look at a time and up to 20 looks in a rolling 24-hour period. Those limits may change.
Sessions
The app uses an anonymous session, not an account with a name or email. Leaving the session stops that phone from showing it. Cloud copies are not erased at that moment. The Privacy Policy explains how to ask for deletion.
Availability
The studio depends on Google Firebase, Atlas Cloud, and Fashn. Any of them can fail, change, or reject an image. We may change, pause, or stop the app. This version does not charge a fee. If paid features are added later, the price and what you receive will be shown before you pay.
Disclaimers
The app and its results are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a result will match real clothing, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that a photo will look the way you expect.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the app or a result. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, and there they apply only as far as they may. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud.
Claims brought against us
If someone brings a claim against us because of a photo or description you submitted, or because of the way you used a result, you will cover the resulting damages and reasonable costs, except to the extent the claim is caused by our breach of these terms.
Stopping use
You may stop at any time and leave the session in Settings. We may stop the service, or block a session, if these terms are broken or if we need to prevent harm.
This website
This website publishes the Privacy Policy and these terms. It does not create an account and it does not take form submissions.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here and changing the date at the top. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply to that later use.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a consumer law in your place of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived. If one part is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
